Retreat Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot.

Full payment must be completed 30 days before retreat unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, etc.]
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the participant:

More than 30 days before the retreat → Refund of amount paid, minus the deposit.

Less than 30 days before the retreat → No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by the retreat organizer:

If unforeseen circumstances force the cancellation of the retreat, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (such as flights or travel expenses).

3. Payment Plans (if applicable)

Payment plans may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

All payments must be completed before the retreat start date to participate.

Missed payments may result in forfeiting the retreat spot and loss of payments already made.
4. Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person.

The retreat organizer must be notified at least 14 days before the event, and all necessary details must be provided.
5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

All retreat payments cover accommodation, meals, activities as specified in the retreat itinerary.

Travel, insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

The retreat organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the retreat.

Participants must arrange their own travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Agreement to Terms
By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any concerns or disputes will be handled according to [relevant jurisdiction’s laws].

7. Media Permissions
You must complete the Media Permissions form before attending the Retreat or when you arrive. This allows us to share photos and videos of the retreat on our media platforms.
